I've been learning................ life has detours.

They set you up for the next step or give you a time out.

Sometimes we have to grow our character before we are ready for what comes next.

Sometimes we have to wait because things aren't ready yet. We will walk into a construction site and just get hurt. It can be a hard road,

It might hurt like hell but if you can try to see that your detour is talking you back to your road home, then you can function and keep living.

Just get up and do something, even if it feels robotic.

Get out of your head, sometimes it feels better.

When it hurts so much and the pain is deep, you have to go into it and let it come out,

It's a roaring fire that will produce gold.

Just remember, like a contraction when you're having a baby, it will pass.

If you try to pretend it's not there, you're in for a longer road.

That's being in the moment, and it can suck sometimes.

I don't know how anyone can do that without God.

It makes it so much easier to bear, well not easier, but it gives you peace.

The ability to bear it.

Know that love is going to see you through to the next step. It's all worth it.
